App Jobs

App jobs are automated tasks that are configured to run "core" Orderwave functionality on a predefined schedule.

For example, Orderwave comes with a number of pre-configured automated tasks that run App jobs, such as the PAYMENT-PROCESSING task. This task in particular runs a background job that finds all of the billing records that are in the CAPTURE queue, and processes the scheduled transactions for those orders.

App jobs are configured on a case-by-case basis, and have different parameters for each.
